Yesterday,May 21st was 87 degrees, with a heat index of 9

I would KILL for 87 or 90 degrees right now. The forecast for today is a high of 61 and a low of 45.
I hope it's clear from those pictures that it's frozen solid ice and not moving water coming out of that hydrant. Ouch, indeed!
